Choosing a health insurance plan isn’t just about the plan itself; it’s about the other benefits that go along with it, too. At JWU, there are also a Health Savings Account (HSA) and a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) to think about as you’re considering changes for the new year.
Log in to HRpulse for full details about the advantages the HCFSA and the HSA have to offer.
The active participation of the JWU community in the university’s past workplace giving campaigns reflects the true caring and generous nature of our staff and faculty. In the continued spirit of such charitable workplace giving, JWU has launched its annual United Way Campaign. Beginning October 15, 2019, you may submit your United Way pledge through JWU’s United Way e-Pledge Campaign.
For campaign details and to submit your online pledge, log in to HRpulse.

Attention Managers of Staff: In support of our staff managers, JWU designed a three-part management development series to enhance the skills and abilities needed to select, manage and develop employees: Coaching and Feedback, Interviewing and Selection, and Performance Management.
This October, Human Resources is offering the first program of the series: Coaching and Feedback. Participation in this three-part series is required for JWU managers who have professional staff reporting to them. Seating is limited, so log in to HRpulse and visit the “Manager News” page for program details and to register.
