  • Senior Administration relocated from the 6th floor in One Weybosset Hill to the 3rd floor of The Yena Center

  • Special Events relocated from The Yena Center and One Weybosset Hill to the 2nd floor in The Friedman Center

New Room Scheduling Software and Request Form

JWU has transitioned from R25 to Astra, a new room scheduling software. This program allows everyone to see the availability of event and meeting spaces on campus in real-time. It will also help you locate an available room that meets your requirements when completing a room request form.

On January 22, JWU will launch a new room scheduling form. Student Involvement & Leadership will be holding 60-minute training sessions in support of this transition.

  • January 11 at 11:30am, Bowen Center Presentation Space

  • January 14 at 2pm (two sessions at this time)

    • Bowen Center Presentation Space

    • Wildcat Center Lounge

  • January 18 at 11:30am, Wildcat Center Lounge

It is strongly encouraged that faculty and staff attend if you or your office request rooms on campus for meetings, events, etc. Please note: students requiring rooms for clubs and organizations will continue to reserve rooms through the Involvement Network.

If you have any questions, please contact Ian Martin or Darrell Miller in Student Involvement & Leadership.
