Women's Volleyball Will Host Inaugural President's Game, Sept 24

JWU Providence Campus President Marie Bernardo-Sousa, LP.D. ’92, and Director of Athletics Dana Garfield have announced the first-ever President’s Game at JWU. These games will be held each term throughout the academic and athletic calendar to further promote and encourage school spirit by students, faculty and staff at JWU athletic contests.

President Bernardo-Sousa will attend a slate of games in 2019-2020 to cheer on the Wildcats in some of their biggest matchups of the year. The first President’s Game is Tuesday, September 24, at 6pm, when the fourth-ranked women’s volleyball team hosts regional rival MIT.

Save the date for future President’s Games on February 1, 2020, when the men’s basketball team takes on the University of Saint Joseph, and on April 25, 2020, when the softball team host Simmons University.
