Guided Meditation

Guided meditation uses words and images to help transfer your attention away from worry, stress and pain to help you find inner strength and resilience. All JWU community members are welcome. Classes will run from March 11 through May 14. The spring term schedule for guided meditation is as follows:

  • Downcity Campus: Mondays from 4-4:30pm, the BRIDGE Chapel (entrance through the BRIDGE Center)

  • Harborside Campus: Tuesdays from 4-4:30pm, culinary beginnings room in the Culinary Arts Museum

Guided meditation is facilitated by Counseling Services, Health Education, The BRIDGE, and JWU Library staff members.
