Once per term, the BRIDGE will host a “Professional Learning Community,” in which JWU staff and faculty will share and seek resources about specified topics. The first session will be held on October 16, 4-5pm in the BRIDGE Center and is titled, “Mutually Supportive Performance Excellence.” This interactive session is open to all staff and faculty. It will be co-facilitated by Mike Waugh, director of the BRIDGE, and Kristen Buglione, director of health education.
Participants will be asked to come ready to share one goal for their own professional development and one tool or experience they can offer to colleagues, allowing for new connections, collaborations, and opportunities for mentorship across the Providence Campus. More information about these sessions can be found on HRpulse. For questions and to sign-up, email Mike Waugh.
