Athletics to Launch Three New Video Series

Expanding on the success of its live postgame interviews and short-form videos, JWU Athletics is launching three new video series in the fall. The Wildcats will have a weekly live show as well as two mini-docuseries – the “Class of 2022” and “A Season With JWU Women's Volleyball.”

On Monday, September 10 at 2:30 p.m. will be will the first installment of a weekly live show that will wrap up the previous week's action and look forward to the week ahead. It will air live on the department's Facebook page with a replay featuring highlights posted that afternoon to the JWU Athletics homepage and YouTube Channel.

The Class of 2022 will follow 9, JWU student-athletes from their first day on campus until graduation in spring of 2022. The series will explore what it's like to be a student-athlete on and off the field.

Last season the JWU women's volleyball team made a historic run to the quarterfinals of the NCAA Tournament. The Wildcats started the year ranked sixth in the country and head coach Nancy Somera brings back her entire starting lineup back for the 2018 campaign. The first installment will air in late October.
