New Student Orientation & Support Programs is seeking volunteers for their GOT QUESTIONS initiative. This campaign requires many faculty and staff located strategically on both campuses to welcome incoming students during the first week of classes.
Volunteers get a free button and t-shirt to wear during the program. These items will help identify you as someone who can provide student support like directions to a class or building. Volunteers can sign up for as many shifts as desired, but please do not submit all of your available time slots – only select the shifts you wish to commit to.
Deadline to sign up is August 25. Sign up today.
For questions, contact Debbie Becker, assistant director of New Student Orientation & Support Programs, at 598-2648.

University Events Calendar
All events – academic, athletic, student-run and otherwise – need to be added to events.jwu.edu, which serves as the official university events calendar.
Your event will not be promoted on jwuLink, the JWU mobile app, or on social media if it hasn’t been added to the calendar. Please make events.jwu.edu your first stop once the event is confirmed. Use the “Submit an Event” button on the right-hand side of the events.jwu.edu homepage to start the process. If the event is open to faculty and staff, please include that information in the event details. This Week at JWU will use events.jwu.edu as a reference for promoting JWU community events.
