Revised Employee Reimbursement Form - new mileage rate

Effective as of January 1, 2019, the standard mileage rate for business use of automobiles changed to 58 cents ($.58) per mile. This form can be found in the Finance section of JWU Gateway (Finance>Request Forms>Accounts Payable).
